An annual MVR is a snapshot. X3 MVR watches every driver’s license in real time.
X3 MVR
Continuous MVR & License Monitoring

Stop pulling MVRs once a year. Catch the violation the day it hits.

A yearly MVR is a photo of the past. X3 MVR watches every driver’s license every day — new tickets, suspensions, CDL-medical lapses, points and endorsement changes — scores each driver’s risk, and alerts you the moment something lands, not twelve months later.

The reframe

By the time you pull the annual MVR, the violation’s been there for months.

§391.25 requires an annual review — but a driver who racks up a suspension in month two is on your road, on your insurance, for ten more months before you know. X3 MVR closes that gap: it watches continuously and tells you the day the record changes, so a risky driver never rides silent.

Know the day it changes.

A new ticket, a suspension, an expired med card — you get the alert the day it lands, not at the next annual review.

Score every driver.

Each driver gets a risk score weighted by violation severity, type and recency — so you coach the right people first.

Insurer-ready proof.

A clean, dated monitoring record and driver risk report your underwriter actually wants — at renewal, on demand.

Continuous watch

Everything on the record, watched daily.

X3 MVR pulls the official state record and monitors every field that affects whether a driver is legal, insurable and safe to dispatch.

The X3 MVR crew

Eight agents. One driver-risk brain.

The record puller feeds the violation reader; the reader feeds the risk scorer and the license/med-card watch; those feed continuous monitoring, trend analysis, the insurer packet and an executive brief. Grounded in the X3 DOT Skills corpus and Part 391 driver-qualification rules.

How it works

From annual snapshot to always-on.

01

Add your drivers

Import your roster — name, license number and state — from a CSV, or add drivers one at a time. We pull each official MVR to establish a baseline.

02

We watch, every day

We monitor each record and flag the moment anything changes — a new violation, points, a suspension, an expiring CDL medical card — and re-score the driver’s risk.

03

Act on the alert

You get the alert, a ranked risk board, a coaching plan for the driver, and an insurer-ready report — before the risk rides another mile.

Pricing

Monitoring that pays for itself.

Continuous monitoring priced per driver — or a one-time pull when you just need the record. State MVR fees pass through at cost.

Questions

Isn’t an annual MVR enough?

It’s the minimum under §391.25 — but a driver can be suspended the month after your review and drive for you for eleven more months before you know. Continuous monitoring closes that gap.

Where does the record come from?

We pull the official state motor-vehicle record by license number and state, read every citation and status field, and score risk SMS-style by severity, type and recency. State access fees pass through at cost.

Does it work with my other X3 products?

Yes — one login across the X3 empire, and every driver’s MVR risk feeds their cross-product Driver Digital Twin alongside CSA, HOS, Drug & Alcohol and more.

Stop finding out at renewal.

Put every driver on continuous watch — and know the day a license changes, before it costs you a claim, a CSA hit, or an uninsurable driver behind the wheel.
